And I don't want the world to see me Cause I don't think that they'd understand When everything's made to be broken I just want you to know who I am Oh hello, again.
I haven't touched the computer for 2 days straight already.
My record was like..
a few weeks okay.
As in abstaining from the computer. If you didn't catch that.
But that was ages ago. Way back when I was younger.
How I miss my childhood.
Oh well. English today.
I totally screwed up the Paper 2.
Summary. I lied about my number of words. I swear it wasn't intentional. I over counted. And I didn't know until the time was up. So it's 160++ words instead of " (149 words) "
I hope they won't penalise me.
Counting on Paper 1 already! Though I made the wrong sign-off, I still hope I can do well for that!
Speaking of Paper 1, for composition, I was shocked to hear
Amelia and I both writing the same plot and exactly the same finishing sentence.
1) We both wrote Question 4, the one on parents.
2) We both mentioned that both of our parents died
3) We both ended with a cliche " I love you ".Oh my god! What are the odds, people?
WHAT ARE THE ODDS? Anyway. What's over is already over.
That reminds me of the
MindChamps talk I attended this evening.
It was at Toa Payoh, which happens to be where Joseph stays. Lol.
There were many people from JYSS, especially the secondary 4 batch, who attended it.
I saw many familiar faces.
Anyway the talk was really..
The people who welcomed us and ushered us into the room had smiles on their faces, but even a 3 year old can tell that their smiles are
fake.
All I can say is.
PROPAGANDA.Yup.
In the whole talk, I just learnt that
we cannot change the past, but we can change the future.
The rest was just bullshit.
I'm too lazy to list them out.
Everything ended around 10 plus.
Went for light supper with family at Joo Seng, god knows where that place is.
Tomorrow will be Friday. How fast can days past! Just when you thought you were gonna suffer a long week, the next thing you know, you're close to the weekend. And then the cycle continues. And you find yourself repeating the same whole process again.
Why can't there be a day, just 24hours, whereby time halts, and that we can get to do anything we want, before time starts again?
XOXO
